This notice explains how LoveSocial, also known as The Love Social Agency, handles information connected with this website and enquiries about our services. LoveSocial is a founder-led branding and marketing agency founded by Hannah Love.

For questions about your information, email lovesocialmanagementagency@gmail.com and use “Privacy” in the subject line. This notice covers website visitors and prospective clients. A service agreement may contain additional information relevant to a client engagement.

Information you choose to share

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, brand or business name, and project goal. These fields are required to help us understand and respond to your enquiry. You can choose whether to provide a website or social-account link, the services you are interested in, and preferred timing.

We also receive the information you include in emails and subsequent project discussions. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, sensitive personal information, or confidential material about other people through this form. The website does not collect payment through the enquiry form.

How enquiries are handled

When you select “Send enquiry,” your completed answers are sent to Wix Forms and associated with a submission record. The form also maps your email and business name into Wix contact-management records. Authorised account users can review these details to assess fit, respond to your message, and discuss a proposal or engagement. Form notifications and correspondence may also be processed through our email provider.

We use information for those enquiry and service purposes, necessary business records, troubleshooting, security, and applicable legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not book a service, take a payment, or subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not use this form to sell your information or add you to an unrelated marketing list.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, handling a requested proposal may be necessary for steps you ask us to take before entering a contract; responding to correspondence and protecting the website may rely on legitimate interests; and some records may be needed to meet legal obligations. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it for future processing by contacting us. Applicable rights and requirements depend on the circumstances and your location.

Website technology and browser storage

Wix provides website hosting, form processing, and related services. Website and service providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device details, the requested page, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events when delivering and protecting the site.

The enquiry form uses an anonymous Wix visitor session so it can load and submit the form. Its technical session token may be stored in your browser’s local storage and renewed as needed. The form does not intentionally save the answers you type in persistent browser storage. Your browser may separately offer autofill or form-history features under its own settings.

The site also requests web fonts from Google Fonts; those requests may communicate standard connection information to Google. We have not added advertising pixels or a separate audience-analytics integration to this website. This does not mean hosting and service providers collect no operational information or use no essential technologies.

You can manage site storage and cookies through your browser. Blocking essential storage, scripts, or network requests may prevent the form from working; you can still contact us by email. If we add optional marketing or analytics technologies, we will update the relevant information and controls before using them where required.

Service providers and access

Information is handled using providers that support the website and our communications, including Wix for hosting, forms and contact records, and Google services for the business inbox and externally loaded fonts. Relevant information may be available to authorised LoveSocial team members or service providers who need it to handle an enquiry or deliver agreed work. We may disclose information when required by law or where necessary to address a legitimate legal or security matter.

International processing

Online service providers may store or process information in countries other than the country where you live. Data-protection rules can differ between countries. How long information is kept

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain an ongoing business relationship, keep necessary business records, or meet applicable legal and dispute-related requirements. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry, whether work proceeds, and any obligations that apply. This form does not have an automatic deletion schedule.

You may request deletion of an enquiry. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained. Backups and providers’ own records may follow separate retention processes.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to some uses. You may also have the right to contact a relevant data-protection authority. We do not use the enquiry form to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

To make a request, email our privacy contact with enough information to identify your enquiry. We may need a proportionate identity check before acting. Please do not send an identity document unless we have first explained why it is necessary and arranged an appropriate method. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any relevant limits.

Security and younger visitors

We aim to limit access to enquiry information to people who need it and use the access controls available through our service providers. No website, email service, or storage system is completely risk-free, so avoid including sensitive information in an initial message.

This website and its business-enquiry form are intended for adults seeking professional services, not for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it.
